another one done!

Today I finished my winter-mester class (Assessments in Literacy)! I am SO glad that I did it. It is so great to finish 3 credit hours in 3 weeks. Awesome. The work load wasn’t unreasonable. And I LOVED the class. This is the first class that I have been really sad that it was over. Maybe that has something to do with the fact that it was only 3 weeks long. But it also has something to do with the fact that I feel like I learned so much. I learned more in this class that will benefit me in teaching than all my other classes combined. My professor is very passionate about education and has had a very wide variety of experiences that have helped shape her very strong opinions. But I loved it. I will not, however, miss sitting in those horribly uncomfortable desks for 4 hours at a time.

Now I have a 5 day BREAK! Woo hoo! I seriously need it.
